Vilde Martine Gjethammer

Group General Counsel and Partner at Amp Eleven, helping the portfolio companies with various legal matters. Vilde has previous experience from the Tier-1 lawfirm Thommessen, where she has worked mainly with M&A, equity transactions and ongoing corporate legal assistance.

Vilde has extended experience with fast growing companies as start-ups and scale-ups within the tech-sector. Vilde holds a five-year law degree from the faculty of law at the University of Bergen, which included an exchange year at Queen Mary University of London, where she specialized in corporate and finance law.
