born digital.
A federation of founder-led Nordic consulting companies. 13 specialists, one ecosystem, four hundred experts.
The anti-consultancy consultancy.
Most consulting groups grow by acquiring agencies and absorbing them — strip the founder's name, plug them into the central matrix, lose the specialty that made them worth buying. We don't think that works in the Nordics, where the best consultancies are extensions of their founders' personalities.
Born Digital is the alternative model. Each underlying company keeps its name, its founder, its identity, and its operating cadence. Born Digital is a co-owner — alongside the entrepreneurs who built it — and provides the ecosystem: shared talent pool, cross-company hiring, larger client access, the back-office that lets a 30-person specialty firm act like a 400-person force.
Louice Rosdahl took the CEO role in 2025, with a mandate to drive organic growth across the federation while attracting new founder-led niche companies. Stockholm is now the operational center for the Swedish side, with Ulrika L Oskarsson in a key position and Ola Svensson taking over MUM.
The bet: small and agile beats big and clumsy in the Nordic consulting market — but only if the small companies can punch above their weight on hiring, big-client access, and AI capability. The federation gives them all three without flattening them.
