Twenty-eight years in R&D, sales, marketing and executive management at Ericsson, AU-System, Epsilon and Knowit. 72 boards, 59 cap tables, 22 founder/co-founder seats along the way. I teach fact-based business development at MBA-level executive programs at Stockholm School of Economics, Chalmers, M-Gruppen and ExMI. The teaching is a feedback loop: founders ask me what works, I tell them what worked, and I get to see what's actually working in the field a year later. Then I bring that back to Amp.

I'm also in the core team of the Born Global and Scale Global accelerator programs, alongside some of Sweden's top startup researchers and most experienced serial entrepreneurs. Entrepreneur in residence at Chalmers Ventures.

What I do for Amp is bridge two markets. Most Norwegian PE doesn't have a Swedish operator on the cap table — most Swedish founders don't have a Norwegian one. We do both. One ecosystem, two markets, fewer translation losses.
