Born in Helsinki. Twenty years in Norway. Eight years as a management consultant at PwC in various leadership roles before moving to operating. Master's in Finance and Economics from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). Comfortable in a spreadsheet, more comfortable on the floor with the team.

I'm a co-founder of Amp Eleven and run the COO function inside Stacc — which means most weeks I'm closer to a portfolio company's operating cadence than to a deal flow. Hiring, ops, the unglamorous middle layer of building a software business at scale. The part where most exits get won or lost.

Outside Amp I'm an entrepreneur, investor, advisor, and board chair/member. The pattern across all of those: I'm the person who shows up when the operator needs another operator in the room.
