Roger Jørgensen

Co-founded 20+ IT and fintech companies, spent thirteen years as CEO of Knowit Reaktor companies.

In the mid-90s Henrik, Geir and Roger built Reaktor. We grew it for ten years and sold it to Knowit in 2010. The three of us put equal capital into Amp Eleven - same operating partners, same skin in the game.

More recently, Roger co-founded Lea Bank ASA (formerly Easybank), where he served as CTO for six years. He thrives on analyzing data and finding solutions to complex problems.

Above all, Roger is a fact-based problem-solver. He digs into the data and calls it as he sees it. When a portfolio company runs into a tough problem - a messy number, a hard decision, an acquisition that needs sense made of it - he's the one who works the problem until the facts point somewhere clear.
