I've co-founded more than twenty IT and fintech companies. Ran Knowit Reaktor as CEO for thirteen years. The companies have changed; the playbook hasn't.
In the mid-90s Henrik, Geir and I built Reaktor. We grew it for fifteen years and sold it to Knowit in 2010. The three of us put equal capital into Amp Eleven — same operating partners, same skin in the game, same way of working. I stayed on at Knowit Reaktor as CEO through the integration before moving full-time to Amp.
More recently I co-founded Lea Bank ASA, where I've been CTO for the past six years. Building a Nordic challenger bank from the ground up tests every assumption you had about software, regulation, and customer trust at the same time. I love analyzing data and finding solutions to complex problems — the more tangled, the better.
What I bring to Amp is the operator's eye for M&A and platform-building. Twenty-plus years of building, integrating, and occasionally undoing acquisitions. When a portfolio company needs to grow through M&A — the right target, the right structure, the right post-close playbook — that's where I sit.
Recommended for v0: A — leans on his M&A operator credibility from Reaktor / Knowit / Lea Bank without sounding boastful. C is a strong alternative if he wants to lean into the "still building" identity.
