Co-founder of Reaktor in the nineties. Co-founder of Amp Eleven in 2010 — Roger, Henrik and I sold Reaktor to Knowit and put equal capital into the new vehicle. Thirty years building software for the industries that move slowest, fastest.

In 2016, Henrik and I started rethinking how Nordic banks and financial institutions originate, onboard and manage their customers. That became Stacc. I've been CEO since the spinout from Knowit/CVision, with a core group of ten employees and Amp Eleven as the patient capital behind it. Today Stacc serves banks and lenders across the Nordics.

Inside Amp I'm a partner who's spent more time inside our portfolio than on the cap table. The Stacc CEO seat is the way I keep my hands on the operating problem — pricing, hiring, scaling product. Pattern-matching only works if you're still in the patterns.
